Pros

You Learn how heath insurance work. Why claims process the way that they do. You learn the way to avoid high cost copays and coinsurance.

Cons

The company is all about work. You can not have family life, in order to move up in the company, you need to know someone, if you do not then you will stay in the same position.

Pros

Only reason I liked working there was because of my co-workers

Cons

It is like high school there is a lot of favoritism, people are being laid off, bad health benefits you feel like you are stuck there and it is stressful with how you are micromanaged sometimes it can be drama dealing with people in high positions not wanting to help or do their own job
