Disapointing

Pros

Renovations and modernization of the company are making the environment more friendly and up to date.

Cons

Nepotism, laziness, poor management, lack of an employee voice, slow progression as a company leads to a true lack of innovation. The ability for people who are unable to do the job to be able to keep their jobs is what drags us down, Lowering the standard and blaming other teams seems to be the companies primary strategy.

Pros

Longevity as an employer, lots of business knowldecently IBC is a large employer there are opportunities for advancement, decent benefits available. Best experiences are probably found in entry level positions. Lots of long term employees who love IBC.

Cons

Politics are key at IBC. So who you know is very important over what you know. If you don't like playing the game then this is not the place for you. your experience may vary depending on your department so be careful in interview process to explore dynamics. You will need a champion to succeed and advance if you are in professional level positions.

Pros

IBC highly values work life balance and they are committed to creating a supportive corporate environment

Cons

Things do not happen very fast at IBC so whether you are interviewing, working on a project or worried about getting fired. Grab a snickers because you're not going anywhere for awhile. They are not competitive for salary and growth opportunities seemed very limited to me. Raises and bonuses are minimal and should not be counted on.
