Pros

Great co-workers. Good mix of all different kinds of people. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Great location.

Cons

Lots of shift in management, turnover and layoffs within 1 year. Puts employees on edge. Health insurance a bit high for employees and dependents, weird given that it’s a health insurance company.

Pros

I guess the medical insurance is ok but copays did increase. They will assist with tuition assistance. Well known company that been around forever.

Cons

Forced to come in 3 days a week because of the Mayor of Cheese town implemented it. Too many changes in leadership, multiple systems that are confusing to navigate, overworked the few good employees they have because leadership too cheap to replace with good talent. (outsourcing constantly) Uncertain of employment because of surprise layoffs.
