      Pros

      The company has great mission and values. From the top down people are concerned with providing the best services in a way that is equitable. There are some very hard working, passionate associates who are a pleasure to work with. Associate Resource Groups and plenty of opportunities to for community service make it a great place to learn, grow, and get to know others outside of your department. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      Some project management practices seem antiquated and inefficient. Some leaders of people are better than others, micro-management and poor oversight co-exist on some teams.
