Unstable work environment, high turnover, please look at another company for a career

Pros

Compensation was okay, somewhat misleading, they will tell you that you will earn more than you do

Cons

They only care about profit, they don't care about the residents or employees, high turnover rate because they are not honest to their employees, they do not encourage or motivate employees, a very negative environment, arguing among staff, lots of lies from management, management is untrained and will blame lower employees for things that are their fault.

Pros

Great team of coworkers to work with. Possibly chance for advancement. The corrects are very sweet and they look forward to having you come.

Cons

They don't play close enough attention to the clients. Clients have fallen or become ill and unless they have family they just sweep it under the rug.
