Very quick paced and stressful job with a rude boss

You can usually get an extra day a week by covering someone else's shift and somewhat flexible hours and the people that you serve to are extremely sweet but there are a few that are rude and will yell at you

Cons

Extremely hard at the beginning and only gets a little easier, an hour and a half of each shift you have is usually cleaning with about two hours of actual serving

Good interview process. Ability to advance in the organization

Cons

Not a good culture to work in. Lack of training, lack of proper support from management. Poor communication with employees. No life/work balance. Poor competitive salary structure. Too top heavy in managers for type of service that is provided.

We now have a dedicated Learning and Development team to make sure everyone receives the training they need. It’s important to us that every employee has a healthy work/life balance, and will do a better job of addressing this with our leaders. This place is terrible! Its called an assisted living facility but its more like a nursing home or hospice. There are no nurses at this facility when there should be at least 10-12. This place is down right horrible! I would never send anyone here
