We have a great team here at IVWS. We encourage a 1440 environment, "Creating the absolute best experience with every person, in every interaction, every minute of every day." Our employees are dedicated to creating the absolute best experience with each resident and with each other. We have the opportunity every day to create special moments and bring a smile to a resident's face. We are changing lives. We are constantly in the pursuit of better and coming up with new ideas to make that happen. We are blessed to be surrounded by experienced, loving residents and families who share a part of their lives with us.

Cons

As with anyone in the apartment/healthcare industries, we are 24/7 and sometimes is difficult to keep up with everything all the time. It's also difficult for us when a resident passes on. They and their families become our family.
