There were residents you knew appreciated your presence and the free food.

Cons

Low pay, not many hours, and management expected lower employees to start work (prep coffee/trays/refill juice dispensers) while not clocked in.

The turnover rate is terrible. Admin don't care about staff. Not an assisted living facility.

too many chiefs and not enough Indians, Support from main office was confusing, either none or way too much.
