Paid time off, some down time

Cons

low pay and raises, raises do not equal additional duties that come with them, management favoritism, uncomfortable seating, buggy computers. Was given sales expectations for things like CDs and credit cards even though I was told I would not have to be a salesperson in the initial interview.

Some management are nice, some employees were fun to work with

Cons

Terrible pay. Executive management is terrible will want hourly emplouees to take a paycut and gige salary employees raises. Raises are yerrible. Many are 2 faced and will stab you in the back and are VERY fake
