Good if you like drama and negativity

Pros

The company has good values.

Cons

Lazy management. Always short staffed. Too much turnover. Part time pay was considerably less that full time even though it was the same position. Promotions are given based off who is favorite and not who is qualified. Very negative and drama filled atmosphere.

I get to work from home now.

Cons

Poor communication, poor wages, and because of position we are treated extremely low on the totem pole. I have been yelled at by LO's, LP's, and others not in authority over my position. When things are reported to supervisors nothing is done about it. It is usually ignored and then forgotten rather than standing up for their employee and team because no one deserves to be treated that way. Getting paid poorly and less than those that I have trained and have out worked every year since being employed.
