- Fantastic company culture. - Time off benefits are very reasonable. - Lots of continued learning opportunities. - Hires from within the company almost exclusively with great results.

Cons

- Medical benefits - the HDHPs are unusable due to their high deductibles, paired with low pay and no employer HSA contributions. - Pay is low when comparing to other institutions and inflation/economic situation.
