Great culture and people. IT is a mess.

Cons

Watched some of the most talented people I’ve ever worked with leave the IT department mostly due to work/life balance. And is a large reason why I ultimately left. That and the lies. You can’t believe a word IT management says. It will be a lie. IT management is extremely sexist towards men.
