If the pay were just a bit better I would have stayed for life I think.

You can move up quickly and get raises at each new level. There is also a sense of being a small town business even though it is spread across the state.

Cons

If there is management in a set position, it can be hard to move further than where you cap out in the "career path" without moving locations.
