Somewhat flexible schedule (with the right position), fantastic health benefits, generous paid time off.

Cons

No accountability, promotions only happen within, meaning that mediocre employees are promoted up to leadership positions to move them out of their current supervisors' way. This creates mediocre leadership.

IH boasted an upscale working environment with great health benefits and pleasant coworkers. The location was centrally located and easy to get to.

Cons

The company was in flux during my tenure which led to a lot of uncertainty for everyone new employees and veterans alike.
