Attitude towards members, we really care. Respect between associates. Very top management, CEO and COO, are extremely competent and personable ... they know your name

Cons

Little chance of promotions from within. New hires and consultants rule the day. Many experienced managers leave. Hard time getting direction/priorities ... middle management and some VPs not strong in some areas
