Pros

Having come here from a competitor, my comparison is against them: great pay, great benefits, great work environment.

Cons

Some processes and systems need improvement but I'm confident that will come as the company grows.

Pros

Good benefits and nice compensation. Salary bands made sense for the tech positions I was familiar with. The products (health insurance plans) are good and that makes it easier to work with.

Cons

Seemed to be an eroding take-care-of-your-people attitude. I saw a number of changes that were made that didn't help any people who were working there. Kinda got the feeling that as the company got bigger, people were treated more and more like cogs.
