Great benefits and employee perks.
Cons
No appreciation for long-term, dedicated employees and there's no job security. They care more about their public image than how they treat their staff. Employees are made to feel "disposable". IH thinks nothing of taking your livelihood away. Management staff spend too much time in meetings instead of managing their staff. The original executive leadership group knew their stuff and treated employees with dignity and fairness. The current executive leadership group could care less about anyone but themselves and how they can increase their bonuses.
