Great health insurance. That’s about it.

Cons

Very unorganized. Poor management who do not know how to hold people accountable for their work. Too much favoritism and internal politics. Never take what the employees have to say into account for anything. Very low morale. Too many cliques.

Pros

Great benefits and compensation. Work on relevant tools. Employees are very caring, compassionate and under standing. If you give your all and support others they will support you as well and more.

Cons

Change does not happen quickly. You are working within government regulations which can slow down the process. Some times it feels like you are a Porsche driving around a track with 1920s buggies. Training is limited.
