When I was Working for ILS it was a pleasure and a great experience. Constant change and always evolving to be better work place. I'm happy to have gained the experience I did working at ILS. -Great Team -profesional atmosphere -Coworkers felt like family

Cons of working for ILS, the credit of your work will always go to executives. Regardless of the time or Effort in your work the credit will go to a higher person in the office. Another thing I would like to mention never got any positive feedback on my work, neither did the team . You need to be one of the managers favorite/close companions to have any "real" commendation. ILS is just a stepping stone or an experience to finding a better career. -No room for recognition -credit goes to executives -Harsh management -No stability -Managment is inconsistent -Big display of favoritism -constant lay offs
