Pros
Great workforce, at least the ones that aren't in their positions because of nepotism. The employees in at the lower level jobs are some of the nicest and most dedicated people you will ever meet. The majority work hard and genuinely want to do good job
Cons
Too much ego among the top tier management. Extremely low pay to employees, and raises are practically unheard of. No growth track or clear opportunities Fly by the seat of the pants management style where leaders regularly sell products or services that have not been fully developed. Resulting in poor performance, unmet SLAs and loss of accounts. Management decisions are arbitrary. Head in the sand management that does not hear the truth, see the truth, or deal with the truth.. No accountability among management. Poor communication to employees if any at all. Unrealistic goals and deadlines with little resources is a regular occurrence Little to no appreciation for accomplishments Nepotism is rampant within the organization. Lack of quality control Talented and capable workforce is underestimated and therefore overlooked. Management is sooooo unbeleivably arrogant they fail to realize the pool talented and capable individuals available within the company. If there is a company that is fully taking advantage of the tough economic conditions and depressed job market its this one. Employees are given no incentive to go above and beyond in their jobs because they are rarely financially or otherwise rewarded outside of a pat on the back. Still other employees are severely overworked to point of burn out due to lack of resources.
