I loved taking care of others & I enjoyed working by myself! I did all of what a nurse aid would do admistered meds,turned client,batheded feed him,changed feeding bag! Turned him every hour cleaned his area did laundry!!

Cons

Long hours many times if I worked 16 hours the notes were so long!!!

Field position. Independent working environment. Meet new people. Always something to do and services to research and coordinate and make referrals.

Cons

Hard to move up if you do not have a MSW or RN license so there is not the incentive of promotion.
