      Extremely strong company in the industry that places a high degree of importance on employee moral. Great company paid benefits and fun yet professional atmosphere.

      Cons

      Employee loyalty and longevity seldom allows for advancement opportunities - so not really a con.

      The associates make the work bearable. 401k is awesome. Time off is reasonable.

      There will be a large turnover of claims staff if the the volume of claims isn't addressed.
