Pros

Very good environment. Many perks including onsite gym, occasional free food, many morale boosting events, good employee recognition programs. Many employees have been there for 30 or even 40 years.

Cons

Hard work and occasional long hours are expected, if you consider that a con.

Pros

- 37.5 hour work week is nice - The 401k is nice, if you can stand to be there for 6 years - Depending on which department you work in, it can be good or bad experience. I'd probably say the bad departments are (IT, QA, IPC and accounting)

Cons

- A very clicky environment. At times it felt like I was at a High School and not a place of business - I saw nepotism there. Someone was put in charge of a department because their mom had a high position in the company. - The work got to be repetitve and boring
