      Pros

      Extremely strong company in the industry that places a high degree of importance on employee moral. Great company paid benefits and fun yet professional atmosphere.

      Cons

      Employee loyalty and longevity seldom allows for advancement opportunities - so not really a con.

      Great team in IT, but poor management and pay issues

      Amazing people to work with in the IT department!

      Cons

      Management is extremely poor. When converting from Contractor to Full-time, my conversion rate was made clear before coming on as a contractor, but the offer I received was much lower than that.
