      Pros

      Indiana Farmers has a great culture. The people are truly family and look out for each other.

      Cons

      Overall the company is great. The only negative is the compensation could be a little better.

      The associates make the work bearable. 401k is awesome. Time off is reasonable.

      There will be a large turnover of claims staff if the the volume of claims isn't addressed.
