Pros

Some staff work together despite under the upper management pressure and mis-direction; others not so well.

Cons

This hospital is concerned mainly about outward image rather than fairness to employees or the well-being of patients. Inwardly, there is confusion. If you have a problem, don't expect the managers to fix it as they are micromanaged and relatively helpless.

Pros

Co workers, but everyone leaves so fast

Cons

Very dangerous place to work, the staffing is horrible you will take6-7 patients even on telemetry units MTU with drips. They do not care about their patients or staff. The workload is horrible and every year they cut nurses and replace them with nurses aides who can not do your work! Every employee I know says they would never allow their family to come here for care and that really says something. This is by far the most dangerous place to work I have ever seen, most nights I see nurses crying and no one in this entire place cares! Every decision is based on money not care. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this place!

Pros

Benefits and pay are top notch! Excellent PTO and bonuses!

Cons

Management needs an overhaul. Chances for advancement are only available if your “buds” with the boss. EAP is not helpful and there is literally nobody to turn to when the need to report unethical activity about your manager ensues! And the “no retaliation” rule does not apply if the office manager is in tight with upper management! The office environment can become mentally toxic to a person that has true morals and values when they are working with a manager that does not have good ethics!
