      Pros

      I loved working at IU Health because the community was great and the co-workers I had were nice.

      Cons

      The only downside is that the pay is not as high as the other hospitals in the area.

      We’re sorry you didn’t feel the pay offered were adequate. We continuously look for ways to enhance our benefits for our team members. We recently rolled out a market-based pay model, made additional contributions to team members 401Ks when the organization performed well, and increased the incentive amount for participating in our wellness program. We are dedicated to our team members and strive to make improvements that benefit them.

      The flexible hours were nice.

      Cons

      CVO Leadership is POOR, Leadership is allowed to bully, threaten, and harass their staff without repercussions. Reports of this to HR fell upon deaf ears allowing retaliation to take place until forced to either find a new job in a different dept or outside of the company.

      Pros

      Not much there. They seem to fire the good supervisors & employees

      Cons

      Extremly stressful environment. Management bullets employees but talks a good game. Supervisor does nothing to help but micromanaged every day. Also not a professional environment. Supervisor uses foul language, plays offensive music on his computer through his phone. So much mandatory OT, but always has stupid meetings to stop you working in the middle of the day. You have to STAND there in 1 spot for 1/2 or 45 min. This is killing people that are on there feet for 10 -11 hrs a day with only 1 15 min break & a 30 min lunch
