      Great culture and very driven...but not perfect

      Pros

      Culture, salary is good (competitive), encourgaes new ideas and collaboration etc

      Cons

      Mid level management kind of stinks and there is no real way to measure perfomrance outside of CM system which if you have a negative experience with your direct manager puts you into negative status with whole org.

      Management doesn't know how to manage in Food Service! They get away with too much then take credit for something staff has done well!!
