None that I can think of.

Cons

The administration is on a mission to make faculty lives as miserable as possible. Faculty vote of no confidence tells the story. Faculty are systematically being removed from their positions without factual concerns. Morale is at an all time low. If you are interviewing as faculty, don't plan on receiving what you are promised.

-Excellent staff in my department -Decent health insurance -Retirement match of 10% -Generally hired from within, so advancement was an option

Cons

-Constant changes to hierarchy; your job can change at the drop of a hat per the whims of someone who has no idea what you or your team do -Low pay -Does not take feedback from staff seriously

Union busting! The administration refuses to come to the bargaining table, breaking the goodwill between professors + gradworkers and admin.
