Pros

Indigo is a good company and Benefits are great. Anyone with low self-esteem will do great in this company

Cons

very poor management. Leadership forces their decisions on employees. They will share the presentation with fake/made-up data. No need to go to Peoples team with any suggestion or complaint. If you do then you better be ready to get fired. People team is useless and not for people, the entire team is busy pleasing the leadership team and no time for other employees. They scream out loud about transparency which is just a joke!!!!

Pros

I like the people I work with and the benefits are great.

Cons

They do things poorly and instead of fixing the issue, they start another project/department and do it poorly as well. Job security does not exist for most employees.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As you know, Indigo is committed driving positive change in the agriculture industry and that means we will inevitably pursue new approaches when something isn%E2%80%99t working or launch new business units where we see an opportunity. We value employee feedback and incorporate it when possible and as it aligns with the company%E2%80%99s strategy. In addition to your thoughts on Glassdoor, please feel free to use one of the many tools we incorporate internally to share feedback.

Pros

Pay, Lifestyle, Free Gym Membership, Free Lunch catered in weekly, Free coffee and snacks throughout the day, the culture, the chill vibe of the office and the people.

Cons

ZERO DIRECTION, this company is a train that derailed in February of 2020 and is out of control. The "leaders" over the account management team do not even have a clue what the hell is going on, and they catch pressure from the big wigs when a feasible sales quota month over month drastically jumps literally 400-800% for some. The leadership is an absolute joke, people that have never even stepped foot on a farm or communicated with farmers and commodity buyers from a business perspective. It is much like a live Trading Floor, the market controls everything, it is fun, but IndigoAG doesn't even know where the hell they are going or what the heck they are even trying to achieve, NO LEADERSHIP and ZERO MANAGEMENT/DIRECTORS SUPPORT. They will fire your tail with zero warning and zero cause, saw many people, GREAT GREAT COWORKERS AND STRONG WORTH ETHIC, that were there for a month or less and then vanished just like that with no warning or explanation. OH AND OH MY GOD, YOU WILL NEVER ATTEND MORE NONSENSE B S MEETINGS ON A DAILY BASIS, INTERNAL MEETINGS, THAN YOU WILL HERE. EXPECT 4-6 hours daily worth of meetings about absolutely nothing relevant or important, they just love to present and talk.
