The Indigo Ag mission is worthy.

Cons

The pay is low for the responsibility and workload. Management reacts without much testing or forward planning. Indigo has a generous PTO. You just can't use it.

Great benefits and co-workers. Strong collaboration across teams. Indigo has taken the Covid situation seriously and embraces the remote work environment for its employees until they feel it is safe to be back in the office.
