Exciting work being done - lots of opportunities to learn and grow
Pros
- Lots of learning opportunities; I've learned many new and transferable skills at Indigo and been given additional responsibilities (and compensation) throughout my time here - Great people who are super smart and always willing to help - Exciting and impactful mission - Management has done a great job of supporting employees during COVID-19 and has put good safety measures in place for essential employees
Cons
A lot of people mention all the changes that have taken place at Indigo over the years and I've personally seen a lot of positive outcomes stemming from those changes and don't really see them as a negative. It is a fast paced environment that doesn't always have a ton of structure in place, so if you're looking for a job that does have a lot of structure, then Indigo may not be the place for you.
