      Pros

      Passionate people with an extremely robust mission.

      Cons

      The marketing team is a bit of a mess with poor management and not clear direction of brand identity within the unique marketplace. Staff is siloed in too many different locations.

      Company really cares about the health and happiness of their employees. Open concept work environment is great for getting to know co workers and to work more efficiently as a team.

      Cons

      Needs more efficient processes, but its a start up so hopefully those will fall into place over time
