      -Amazing leadership -Company vision and purpose is motivating -Technology and R&D are top notch -Excellent compensation and benefits -Fast past, learning intensive environment

      Cons

      -Priorities can shift quickly, being comfortable in what you do on a day to day basis is not a reality here (that could be a good or bad thing) -Work load can be heavy but things are improving as they continue to hire more people

      Pros

      I haven't been bored since I started. There is always something to work on, and the impact you have is immediate. Plus, the people here are incredibly accomplished and smart, and also very friendly and collaborative. The overall energy at Indigo is amazing. I also think the company, all the way to the top, truly embodies our core values, especially doing the right thing and being transparent.

      Cons

      We move really fast, and priorities can shift quickly. That sort of environment isn't for everyone, but if it's for you, Indigo is the right place to be.
