      This company has alot of potential and can offer the ag market something it has never seen before!

      Cons

      We are building the plane as we fly therefore there is a lack of experience in many aspects and it is alot of trial and error to get things right.

      Hard working, value feedback, solid benefits, chance to contribute to a company that is trying to change the world, really want to help growers

      Cons

      Move extremely fast (not always a con) , no 401 k match, not much else, focus on getting thing done right the first time
