      Pros

      I was attracted to Indigo by the promise of working with great people on a challenging mission and so far this has absolutely been the case. Folks here are knowledgeable, dedicated, and very helpful. It is indeed a fast-paced environment but as a result people are empowered to take action and move the mission forward. I'm really excited about what we'll be able to accomplish here.

      Pros

      You should consider joining our company for the following reasons: 1) an inspiring mission, 2) the potential to become a tremendously valuable company, 3) an accomplished and thoughtful executive team, and 4) be well-compensated for your hard work. The CEO is brilliant.

      It's not a con, but an awareness - the work is focused but the pace is extremely fast.
