      Please proceed with caution when considering employment here. The company quietly let go hundreds of us in one in one day. If you have a saving buffer, them go for it but remember do to the lack of Company's Vision you may end of joining us! Also cash flow was a huge issue . It got worsts when a decisions had to be made about if our employee health benefits would be paid. Meetings everyday to determine which vendors to pay and which could be put off. Some upper management were honestly really rude to employees. I am just glad the nightmare ended for me. Lastly, again proceed with caution..Please read the reviews first

      Awful Company and Engineering

      Nothing. Worst company I’ve worked with by far.

      Cons

      Engineering is horrendous. I actually had a meeting with 12+ engineers about what to name an API. It’s software, people, it can be changed. Everything is engineered based on feelings and theoreticals, nothing based in reality or past experience. They blew through 100m in funding and A LOT of that went to engineering getting nothing done, as described above.

      Pros

      Gift - Indigo’s mission is appealing, admirable and has attracted over $1B of investor funds who see the opportunity and support the cause. Availability of such funds have allowed for Indigo to provide competitive employee pay & benefits, among other nice perks.

      Cons

      Curse - The attractiveness of the mission is largely responsible for the continued injection of investor funds into a broken system. A mostly new leadership team has stepped in over the past 6 months and I do wish them all the best with turning things around
