      Pros

      I really don’t have anything positive to say anymore unfortunately. The company has one foot out the door and it’s a nasty place to work these days.

      Cons

      Cancelled bonuses again right before Christmas. The CEO said we can “work really hard over the next two weeks (ie over the holidays) to maybe earn our bonuses back” with no metrics on how to do that. Clearly dishonest. We hired a new CFO when we clearly don’t have the cash to do that right now and at our recent company wide meeting he said “I don’t know what to do so if you have any ideas please let me know”. Run away if you are looking at Indigo. Get out if you are still stuck there.

      Pros

      Smart, kind co-workers. Interesting day-to-day work.

      Cons

      The company lost the thread. Raised too much money and has been flailing ever since. Is also not really advocating regenerative ag, but a corporatized version that will probably only serve to benefit the input providers and retails, not create foundational, systemic changes. After all of this time and money, the actually impact on the ground is minimal.

      The pay and flexibility to work from home

      Cons

      This place is a dumpster fire. Layoffs every few months, senior management haven't a clue about what direction they are going in or what they are even trying to sell. It's literally a hot mess. Stay away unless you are desperate. Otherwise you will regret it...quickly.
