      Great learning experience, flexible remote work, can create your own opportunity

      Cons

      Massive lack of direction from Senior Leadership and unproven success model. Leadership continuously fails to meet deadlines on important business decisions that impact company direction. Senior Leadership only concerned about maximizing their personal gain not creating a sustainable business.

      Worked with an amazing team (not including any VPs or the CMO, who's REALLY lost)

      Cons

      Four layoffs, multiple product "pivots", and a threatened/forced furlough in two years. Absolutely no loyalty to anyone outside of the C-Suite
