Pros

The leadership team from the top all the way down to individual managers care a lot about the the employees at Indigo and are not afraid to own any mistakes. This creates a very transparent and honest work environment encouraging and promoting employees to do their best work.

Cons

Like any startup there have been some challenges in the past but as Indigo continues to grow those challenges have become fewer and fewer.

Pros

• Colleagues are supportive, upbeat, and passionate about the improving environment • Company leadership values science deeply, and there's a culture of rigor and adhering to best scientific practices • The mission is ambitious, but there's also a lot of humility, and Indigo is doing a good job of growing at a measured pace that does not overstretch ourselves.

Cons

• The benefits are good, but not as plush as at big tech firms (which is understandable given that Indigo is still finding its footing)
