Pros

Indigo is a company like few others with respects to the magnitude of what it is trying to do. Everyone in the company joined it because they feel passionate about the mission and about climate change - which makes this a set of very diverse but also dedicated individuals. The technology involves different aspects of DS, Science and Engineering to come up with solutions to super hard problems, both from the logistical as well as the scientific aspects. The sustainability vis agriculture space feels like the only real scalable solution out there - and Indigo leading the world in this aspect puts the company in a very unique position.

Cons

While the company discovers the processes and "plows through" this green field - there is a lot of change and a lot of uncertainty

Pros

The Leadership Team at Indigo has reshaped itself to support an incredibly clear vision for deploying multiple products & programs focused on planet positive profitability across the agricultural supply chain. It's hugely complex space, but there is a clear playbook for getting what customers want and need into the field in time to make an impact while it can do so much good for the environment. The caliber of talent is unrivalled. The networking alone is a valid reason to sign up if the mission didn't win you on its own. It's very remote friendly, there is still real and meaningful equity on the table, and I've seen so many worthy collogues grow inside the company during my time here.

Cons

It's hard work, definitely not for the faint of heart, but the startup burn is lower now than at anytime in my nearly 4 years here.

Pros

Competitive Salaries and free lunches

Cons

Please proceed with caution when considering employment here. The company quietly let go hundreds of us in one in one day. If you have a saving buffer, them go for it but remember do to the lack of Company's Vision you may end of joining us! Also cash flow was a huge issue . It got worsts when a decisions had to be made about if our employee health benefits would be paid. Meetings everyday to determine which vendors to pay and which could be put off. Some upper management were honestly really rude to employees. I am just glad the nightmare ended for me. Lastly, again proceed with caution..Please read the reviews first
