- NOTHING AS OF SUCH - while joining, the HR will say you will get good appraisal every year.but they won’t give you a penny.

Cons

- No appraisals - No one cares - for everything they will say please wait for upper management. But the upper management in Chennai is sleeping.

Nothing here I liked so far.

Cons

1. No career growth and skill development. Most of the time you'll be doing repeated things everyday. 2. No promotion and no appraisal. Yes you read it correct 'no appraisal'. In the recent times company has deferred all appraisals and have delayed it for more than 6 months. And the company's president and CEO defend this by saying other companies are laying off and we're just doing cost cutting but they don't know the fact that other companies pay at least 2 to 3 times more than this organisation. 3. Very very low pay for freshers and those who haven't switched their jobs time to time. Many employees here are earning less than a daily wage worker just in the name of corporate job.
