Your fellow colleagues are awesome.

Cons

If you plan to go into this position temporarily to become a developer, forget it and find another job. It will take you 5 years with the way things are currently. If you decide to leave midway, your skillset will only be transferrable to companies and positions that utilize Ignition. Very niche, avoid being stuck and find a different opportunity!
