Pros

There are a few individuals that you'll find that make the job fun. The office and location are very good as well.

Cons

The job itself sucks and the pay you get does not match up with the work.

Pros

By inclusion, I mean they include you in decisions, inform you as the company changes, and are completely transparent with reasons. Leadership is completely humble and wants to truly motivate based on what people want to be doing for work day-to-day. Truly one-of-a-kind feel here. Also, ZERO pressure for constant deadline chasing, and work:life balance is not just a buzzword here - it's truly encouraged and protected.

Cons

Small company - minor growing pains and expensive family health insurance at this phase of company growth, but they are working to improve it, and they LISTEN to us.
