Good product, good life-work balance. Other than that, none left. A lot of amazing people have left the company while others were fired.

Cons

Management disrespects the employees. They had two improvised meetings; one in the middle of a corridor, another via a Webex call. Management said: There will be no more annual bonuses, There are no options for a salary raise, A lot of employees are forced to a leave without pay for a month and a half and the period might be increased. HR unofficially said that not all employees will be able to return to their positions and some will be fired. On a personal note - the IPO is nowhere in the future but bankruptcy seems like a viable option.
