Really impressed with the on-boarding process; made to feel welcome and part of the team. Senior management more than willing to support you and give guidance. Exciting technology with very happy customers

Pros

Awesome growth culture consisting of people from multiple generations in the Data Storage Industry. Founded by Moshe Yanai, the "godfather" of modern storage, the culture brings experience together with younger, innovative ideas, to define the future of this industry. Turning the industry on its head and bucking the trends is invigorating!

Cons

Young, growing companies are often found over-spending, while Infinidat seems focused on the large-company behaviors of fiscal responsibility. Could use more focus on investment around branding and marketing.

INFINIDAT is a late stage start up with agressive goals and deliverables. It's a unique enviornment and not for the faint of heart. If you are drawn to this environment you already know who you are and what to expect
