Very dynamic, interesting and challenging workplace. The company was provided by a real pioneer, veteran and professional in storage area, and since company's first days it is targeted at a big stake. Employees, the really expensive resource, are dealt very nicely, and the churn rates are quite low (I remember only 3-4 people left the company during last 2 years)

Cons

Since the product is innovative on the one hand, and many features provided by competitors as a standard are not yet developed internally, lots of work to be done yet, and the release roadmap is very dense. This somewhat impacts the work-life balance, but the company knows to reward for the effort.
