Truly disruptive technology coupled with World Class Support (see Gartner Peer Reviews). Profitable Company - Solid Comp Plan and benefits - and no-micromanagement.

Cons

Management could beef up marketing significantly - this would certainly accelerate our growth and sales would appreciate it.

Seasoned management that does not micro manage and gives you a lot of rope. Flexible to remote work. Decent benefits. Not a lot of meetings and/or bureaucracy.

Cons

Tough to penetrate new accounts in this market and very focused on the high end. Limited channel distribution.
