Was great, very nimble and had potential, lost its way

Cons

Management very unprofessional at best. NO work life balance period, no customer success plan period. If you like being on conference calls for hours training your manager how to use word due to ineptness or gambling on baseball this is for you! Fill out your own appraisals and ratings, no upward mobility plan, and do NOT believe anything said about MBO's wait 5 min it will change.

We Don't Need Any Marketing, the Product Sells Itself

Hardworking coworkers. Wicked smart boss. Wore many hats, so there was always something new to learn.

Cons

CEO (no longer the CEO) believed that marketing was a waste of money and that the product was so fantastic it should sell itself. Before, during, and for some time after it was "Infinidat who?"

Smart people. Great products. Lots of challenges that push you to be better and figure out how to solve problems. It’s satisfying when you make progress bc progress is not easy. This company has massive potential.

Cons

Lots of problems. Lack of processes and the processes that exist are convoluted. Too many applications. Way too much red tape. Takes too long to make changes that are obvious to most.
