Pros

It is an expanding company that promotes growth. If you want more opportunities and responsibilities, management does its best to accommodate. Work hard, play hard without too much micromanagement.

Cons

Because it is growing quickly, there could be a need for staff to be trained on workplace issues (dos and don'ts).

Pros

Free lunch!! That's a positive. You're not micromanaged, well depending on your boss. There is some room for growth, although I'm waiting to see it. Rock climbing wall, free beverages, koi pond.

Cons

HR IS HORRIBLE. One lady in particular is very rude the way she talks to other people and the things she say. It sucks cause she is HR so who can you report it too? Well do report it to your manager.

Lot of freedom to be creative in putting together solutions. Very casual. Free lunches, soda. Friendly staff. Company is privately owned and very open with employees about finances and the direction of the business.

Cons

Terrible health benefits for families. Intense work demands odd hours often. Pay is generally a bit below market. Pay days on 15th and last day of month.
